To secure your booking, a partial advance payment is required. This ensures that your reservation is confirmed. The remaining balance can be settled upon your arrival at the destination. The mode of payment will be communicated to you. The advance payment amount may vary depending on the nature of services booked. For peak seasons, full payment is required in advance. Corbett Destination Safaris & Tours reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offers at any time. In the event that your preferred accommodation is unavailable, we will arrange for suitable alternative lodging.
We will request payments through email correspondence. For international transactions, advance payments can be made via online bank transfer, net banking, or using Master/Visa debit or credit cards. Foreign nationals can make payments through currency notes, traveler’s cheques, or international cards such as Master/Visa/American Express. Please note that in the case of credit card payments, any applicable bank charges will be added to the total amount and must be paid accordingly.
If you need to cancel or postpone your travel plans, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date of receipt of your written communication. The following cancellation policy will apply:
Note: Refunds will be calculated after deducting the cost of Jeep/Canter Safari/Night Stay, if applicable.
Non-Refundable Components:
During peak seasons (such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, etc), a separate cancellation policy for hotels/forest lodges may apply. Details will be provided as required.
Please be advised that in case of any government-mandated increases in permit fees for safaris, museum tickets, taxes, fuel charges, or guide fees after the confirmation of your tour/service, these additional costs will be borne by the customer.
If your safari booking is unsuccessful due to technical issues or non-availability of seats, a full refund will be provided to your designated bank account. This will be communicated to you promptly.
